From August 6-13, 2011, a team from WordServe Church will travel to El Salvador with Living Water International. El Salvador isn't a place where you might expect to find water problems. After all, the country recieves nearly 6 feet of rainfall every year. But clean water is in short supply. Contaminated water kills thousands of Salvadorans every year—most are children.
You wouldn't drink this water...and you certainly wouldn't let your children drink this water. Be a part of something amazing and join the team that will go to El Salvador to make sure the men, women, and children there don't have to drink this water, either. You will experience God in amazing ways as you serve the Salvadoran people, and your life will never be the same.
Each person going on this trip will be required to fill out a registration form. The cost for the trip is $850.00, which includes roundtrip airfare from Houston, meals, lodging, and ground transportation in country. Please note that you are not considered registered for this trip and your spot will not be reserved until WordServe Church receives your completed registration form and your $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Your registration form and/or check can be placed in the offering plate on Sunday, given to Nolan, or sent to WordServe Church at P.O. Box 787, Fulshear, TX 77441. Please make the check out to WordServe Church, with El Salvador mission trip written on the memo line. A valid passport is required. Some inoculations may be indicated; please ask your doctor what vaccinations are necessary for travel to El Salvador. No one under the age of 14 may go on this trip. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied on the trip by a parent or legal guardian.
