Conceal, Don't Feel

Elsa, one of the main characters of Frozen, provides a picture of what it means to "Guard our hearts." Not only is this a central theme of Scripture (Guarding our hearts), but the writer of Proverbs says it is our top priority ("Above all else, guard your heart..."). But is Elsa's approach to guarding the same as the Bible's approach? And more importantly, who do we tend to model (Elsa or Scripture?). What are the ramifications of guarding as Elsa guards her heart and why should we care?
