Serving at WordServe
Whether behind the scenes or up front, there are plenty of ways you can serve at WordServe. God designed each of us with special gifts and abilities, and he gave us 
those gifts so we could use them for his purposes! If you want to learn more about the ways God has gifted you, click here and take one of the inventories. You'll see how God has wired you to serve...and you'll realize that WordServe doesn't just need you to "fill a spot," but that serving will help YOU become the person God created you to be!
It’s easy and fun to be a part of one of WordServe’s great ministry teams. Click on the links below to sign up. A team leader will be in touch with you shortly with more information about training and getting started.
Servant teams will run from August 1, 2010 until July 31, 2010. Each area has a different level of commitment, so if you need more information, please make sure to check out the detailed Servant Recruitment Brochure by clicking here.
- Set Up and Tear Down Team: Help us make Sunday morning happen! Arrive early to help set up chairs, stage equipment, and children's areas. Stay 1 hour after the service to pack up all equipment. Click here to sign up!
- Hospitality/Connection Team: Create a warm, welcoming, and hospitable environment for our guests and regular attenders by working at the Welcome Center Table, the Refreshment Table, or acting as a Greeter/Usher. Click here to sign up!
- Prayer Team: Join with others and pray for God to accomplish his purposes in WordServe and the greater Fulshear/west Katy area. Click here to sign up!
- WordServe Kids Team: Be part of teaching our kids how to love and serve Jesus and each other. Serve in one of three children's areas--Nursery, Pre-School, or Elementary. Greet/play with children on arrival. Assist or lead in age-appropriate lessons from provided curriculum (singing, stories, crafts, etc.). Click here to sign up!
- WordServe Youth Team: Serve our students by driving, making a meal, assisting with administrative tasks, or praying for them. Click here to sign up!
- Worship Team: Help create a space for God to move on Sunday mornings by serving on the Audio/Visual Team or the Praise Team. Auditions are required for the Praise Team. Click here to sign up!
