The Church Has Left the Building

Serve our Community at The Church has Left the Building.

Each year on a Sunday morning in June, WordServe Church in our annual Church has Left the building Compassion event, will joyfully serve the greater Fulshear community through various Compassion projects in which the entire family can participate. There will not be regular Sunday morning activities. Instead, join us as we partner with First United Methodist Church, Fulshear to demonstrate the love of Jesus in our community. The projects, listed on the back of this insert, range from light construction, to sorting food, to participating in a worship service at Brookwood. All projects are family friendly and no experience is necessary.

THERE IS ALWAYS A PROJECT FOR EVERYONE!

Our day usually begins at 8 a.m. with check-in and a light breakfast at First UMC, Fulshear at 8201 Harris Fulshear, TX 77441. Then we will go out to serve. After the projects are completed we will return to First UMC, Fulshear to share our experiences and to eat lunch. The Church Has Left the Building will be finished by 1:00 p.m.
