We are a casual group of guys committed to growing in our faith together.  Our typical study involves a DVD segment from a recognized author followed by discussion that is both real and related to Scripture.  We also have regular social and service opportunities to make sure we're not all work and no play.  Come try us out!

Women’s Group - Tuesday Evening
Facilitated by:
Gail Yates
Type of group: Women of all ages and stages of faith.  In person meeting with a Zoom option.
Time: Our group will be starting up again on Tuesday, Jan 18.  6:30-8ish, lol!

We will be continuing in our study of Psalm 23, with Max Lucado’s book “Traveling Light—Releasing the Burdens You Were Never Intended to Bear.” This semester we’ll cover Chapters 10-18.  Each week, group members read a chapter in the book and answer some questions from the study guide within the book.  Then when we all come together on Tuesdays, we visit a bit and watch a video by Max Lucado.  Then we discuss what we learned in our study during the week. We also pray for one another during the week.  Anyone  can jump into this study at any time…each lesson is great on it’s own!

Women's Group - Mid-day Wednesday
Facilitated by: Cindy Haas
Type of group: Women’s Group
Time: Wednesdays, 10 – 12 a.m., the Yelverton's house or Zoom.

Looking for a women's group where you can attend during the day when things are not so hetic with family duties or other activities?  This group is for all women where your stage in life and faith does not matter.  Our Course of Study for Winter 2022 will be “Encountering God” by Kelly Minter. This seven-week study on spiritual disciplines that are essential to a more vibrant spiritual life and knowing God more intimately. Kelly Minter will unpack the biblical foundation for these sacred habits along with approachable ways to practice disciplines like prayer, study, worship, rest, simplicity, generosity, celebration, and many more. Instead of being just one more thing on your to-do list, you’ll find that these habits of faith can actually create more margin in your life—providing peace and rest as you walk closer with Jesus. The Group plans to begin this study in late January. Contact for details on study curriculum.
